On Sunday October 14, 2012 the Kiwanis Club of Monrovia will present the second annual “A Taste of Old Town.”  This even will be held from 5-8 pm on Myrtle Avenue between Lime and Olive.  For the price of one ticket attendees will be able to sample food from dozens of local restaurants, and libations from distilleries and wineries.  There will be live entertainment in the street for the entire event.  In 2011 we had over 600 attendees, and expect an even larger crowd this year.  Tickets are available at www.tastemonrovia.com, $50 in advance $60 at the door. All attendees must be over 21.

The Kiwanis Club will donate 50% of the profits to the Santa Anita Family YMCA, both focus on helping children and families in our own community. This is a great opportunity to support two great organizations in Monrovia, and to get your name in front of hundreds of local residents.
